  • Never guess that a surface is free of asbestos until you are 100% sure; and only a laboratory can confirm this.

Asbestos Surveying

See Services

Asbestos Surveying

  • Asbestos surveys help identify and manage asbestos at the duty holder’s premises.
  • Asbestos surveys provide sufficient information necessary for an Asbestos Register and a comprehensive Survey Report.
  • When asbestos containing materials (ACM’s) are identified (or presumed to be present) an assessment of the risk that they pose to users and occupants of the premises should be undertaken.
  • The purpose of the Risk Assessment is to help decide what action is appropriate to deal with the ACM’s and to make decisions on what materials should be dealt with first.

What Our Clients Say

Dangerous

Why Is Asbestos So Dangerous?

Asbestos, in its raw state, is reasonably stable, but when damaged, can cause cancer lung disease.
When contained in a building product it is relatively safe, but becomes a danger to our health when broken, sawn or sanded, releasing deadly fibres into the air we breathe.
