While our head office is in the United States, the company is owned by New Zealander, Mark Quigley, who commutes between the two offices. Mark has extensive experience with all matters involving asbestos and has become a respected consultant in asbestos for the Christchurch Earthquake Recovery.

  • When asbestos containing materials (ACM’s) are identified (or presumed to be present) an assessment of the risk that they pose to users and occupants of the premises should be undertaken.
  • The purpose of the Risk Assessment is to help decide what action is appropriate to deal with the ACM’s and to make decisions on what materials should be dealt with first.
